Medical Director Templates

Note! When downloading Medical Director Templates, please click "Save". Do not open click "Open".  Opening the template in Microsoft Word, and then saving to your computer will destroy the template fields.

Tips for a successful import

  • Please review the guide on importing templates.
  • Make sure the computer you are installing the template on has correct print settings, and can print Medical Director letters.
  • Some of our templates require you to reset margins or change page orientation, this is due to the way Medical Director treats imports and is not a fault of the template itself. 
        • Margin settings are included in brackets in the template name below, ie ( A4 landscape 5 mm all margins ) means change the page orientation to landscape, and set all margins to 5 mm.  Some templates only require you to change Left and Right Margins
        • Page orientation and margin settings can be accessed by selecting "File" / "Page Setup"
        • It is important to check margins, even if the Template looks right after the initial import.

  • Do not edit the template in Microsoft Word or similar program, doing so will remove the Medical Director field connections.
  • If your browser asks you whether you want to "Open" the document, or "Save" the document when you click the links below, always click "Save".
