GP Aged Care Support Tools
The CWDGP has produced a GP help guide 'Medicare and Residential Aged Care Facilities ‘A Reference for GPs’. This portable guide book will provide GPs with the information that they need to fully utilise the support available through Medicare when providing services to aged care facilities.

In addition the CWDGP has created a ‘Remote Access Wizard’ (avaliable from 20th July). The wizard is designed to assist practices who may be interested in looking at remote access for its practitioners but don’t know where to start. The website presents you with a number of questions regarding remote access needs (with specific relevance to each unique practice) and suggests some solutions for consideration.
